Food highlights

Food week, really trying to make an effort to try new restaurants in Athens and venture out of our neighborhood.

This is my roommate Jozie. We’ve been exploring the vegan restaurants around us. But this meal is from our all time favorite spot baba ghanoush, we all go here too much

Rome

Rome was our last optional trip with the school. We left at 3am on Friday morning and had an extremely packed day visiting the Vatican, San Petra’s Basilica, and the Sistine Chapel.

Day two we went to the Roman Forum, Colosseum, and the Circus Maximus. Later in the day we visited the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon.

Day three we visited the Trevi fountain, Via Apia, and the Domitilla Catacombs. I surprisingly really enjoyed the catacombs and walking through the tunnels. We flew back Sunday night and got back at 2am, it was a exhausting trip.
